If you are queueing up for a PlayStation 5, this item is limited to one per Household. If you order more than one console, or if you have previously ordered one, a £20 administration fee will be applied for cancellation and refund, your account will be closed, and all of your current pre-/backorders will be cancelled. Due to the high demand, refunds can take up to 20 working days.

We aim to sell units to customers that have not previously been able to order a PS5 console. We appreciate your understanding.

If you decide to cancel a paid backorder, you will need to request it by raising a Help Desk Ticket.
